If your shipping address is in Switzerland, please select Swiss Francs as your currency.
If your Shipping address is outside of Switzerland, please select Euro.

 
We have an international storage in Germany and a Swiss storage for our Swiss clients.
Additional VAT is just applied for customers outside the European Union.

Returns

All articles will be checked with care by the Japanproxy team.
Returns of purchased items should be sent back to us, in the original package and without any trace of use.
The customer will bear all shipping costs for returns and exchanges, the payment fee from the credit card or Paypal and an handling fee of 10 CHF or 8 €.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please be aware that we are not a company spending piles of money in TV advertising saying: “buy as much as you like and return everything for free”
Our products are made in Japan, a country where the high quality of manufacturing production is an essential part of the culture, and above all, workers rights are respected and there is no child labour involved.
If we would charge the same prices like a “Made in 3rd World country”, our products would be much more expensive (just check where it was made before buying). So buy less, value more!

The returned items will be rejected, if:
> there are traces of use.
> the product is returned without the original packaging and manuals.
> the goods are damaged due to transportation.

The cost of the products will not be refunded in the event that the items go missing during the return shipping. We recommend sending the goods using a track & trace shipping service.
