TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General Terms and Conditions of the firm Japanproxy Aki Müller (here after called “we”), apply to the Internet shop: japanproxy.ch
1. VALIDATY OF THE TERMS AND CONDTIONS
We will carry out all deliveries and services on the basis of the following terms and conditions. The contract of sale is subject to the Schweizeriches Obligtionenrecht (OR) as well as Swiss law.
2. SUPPLY AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
Our pricelist, brochures and publications on the Internet are effectively without obligation. Any offer can be withdrawn, as long as there is no other written agreement. The contract is accepted upon receipt of the ordered goods. The amount and fulfilment of the delivery is defined in the electronic confirmation of purchase.
3. DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND DELAYS
Japanproxy Aki Müller only accepts orders carried out over the web site http://japanproxy.ch/ The items will be delivered at the given shipping fee. Orders in outside of Switzerland are shipped by DHL, all orders in Switzerland are shipped by Swiss Post. Shipments to customers living abroad may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery dates are dependent on the postal services in the land where the order was made; therefore we are unable to guarantee delivery times. If the buyer refuse to accept his order, we will not reimburse any postal or delivery costs.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
All prices are given in Swiss Francs incl. Swiss VAT taxes. A successful delivery will only occur upon payment by Paypal, Creditcards and by bank transfer. If the delivery address lies outside of Switzerland, the end customer agrees to take on all import duties and goods taxes incurred by international deliveries.
5. RETURNS
All articles will be controlled by Japanproxy Aki Müller
Returns of purchased items should be sent back to us, including all packaging and with traces of use. The customer will bare all shipping cost for returns and exchanges, as well as the payment fee from the Credit card or Paypal payments.
The return of sales will be rejected, if
> there are traces of use
> the product is returned without the original packaging and manuals.
> the goods are damaged due to transportation

No costs will be covered in the event that the item goes missing during the return shipping. We recommend sending the goods using a track & trace shipping service. We do not refound costs for shipping and customs.
6. LIABILITY
Our liability for lost, stolen or damaged goods is in accordance with Swiss law. In the event of an exceptional case, we are only liable for the maximum worth of the transaction. Should the customer choose to resell the goods, he/she is responsible for following all export regulations. If the customer alters the reselling item, he/she is responsible for any resulting damage, to the end customer and/or third parties.
7. DATA SECURITY
All data is protected by the tried and tested SSL-Technology. Each transaction will be authorised and checked by the appropriate credit card company. Blocked or false credit cards cannot be used. We obligate ourselves not to pass on or resell our customers information.
8. FINAL PROVISION
Jurisdiction lies within the courts of Zurich. However we may appeal to the courts in the customer country of residence. Swiss law is applied exclusively, also when orders are placed from and goods are delivered abroad. The parties will endeavour to settle any arguments that may arise from the realization of the sales contract in an amicable way. With the placing of an order the customer accepts these general terms and conditions. Japanproxy Aki Müller reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time.
