- VALIDITY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We will carry out all deliveries and services on the basis of the following terms and conditions. The contract of sale is subject to the Schweizeriches Obligtionenrecht (OR) as well as the Swiss law.
- SUPPLY AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
Our pricelist, brochures and publications on the internet are effectively without obligation. Any offer can be withdrawn, as long as there is no other written agreement. The contract is accepted upon receipt of the ordered goods. The amount and fulfilment of the delivery is defined in the electronic confirmation of purchase.
- DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND DELAYS
Japanproxy Aki Müller only accepts orders carried out through the web site https://japanproxy.ch. The items will be delivered at the given shipping fee. Orders from outside of Switzerland are shipped by DHL, all orders from within Switzerland are shipped by Swiss Post.
Shipments to customers living abroad may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery dates are dependent on the postal services in the destination country; therefore, we are unable to guarantee delivery times. If the buyer refuses to accept his order, we will not reimburse any postal or delivery costs.
- PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
All prices are given in Euros incl. German VAT taxes and in Swiss Francs incl. Swiss VAT taxes. A successful delivery will only occur upon payment by Paypal, credit cards or by bank transfer. If the delivery address lies outside of Switzerland, the end customer agrees to take on all import duties and goods taxes incurred by international deliveries.
CURRENCY
If your shipping address is in Switzerland, please select Swiss Francs as your currency.
If your Shipping address is outside of Switzerland, please select Euro.
- RETURNS
All articles will be checked with care by the Japanproxy team.
Returns of purchased items should be sent back to us, in the original package and without any trace of use.
The customer will bear all shipping costs for returns and exchanges and an handling fee of 10 CHF or 8€.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please be aware that we are not a company spending piles of money in TV advertising saying: “buy as much as you like and return everything for free”
Our products are made in Japan, a country where the high quality of manufacturing production is an essential part of the culture, and above all, workers rights are respected and there is no child labour involved.
If we would charge the same prices like a “Made in 3rd World country”, our products would be much more expensive (just check where it was made before buying). So buy less, value more!
The returned items will be rejected, if:
> there are traces of use.
> the product is returned without the original packaging and manuals.
> the goods are damaged due to transportation.

The cost of the products will not be refunded in the event that the items go missing during the return shipping. We recommend sending the goods using a track & trace shipping service. We do not refund costs for shipping and customs.
- LIABILITY
Our liability for lost, stolen or damaged goods is in accordance with the Swiss law. In the event of an exceptional case, we are only liable for the maximum worth of the transaction. Should the customer choose to resell the goods, he/she is responsible for following all export regulations. If the customer alters the reselling item, he/she is responsible for any resulting damage, to the end customer and/or third parties.
- DATA SECURITY
All data is protected by the tried and tested SSL-Technology. Each transaction will be authorized and checked by the appropriate credit card company. Blocked or false credit cards cannot be used. We obligate ourselves not to pass on or resell our customers information.
- FINAL PROVISION
Jurisdiction lies within the courts of Zurich. However, we may appeal to the courts in the customer country of residence. Swiss law is applied exclusively, also when orders are placed from and goods are delivered abroad. The parties will endeavor to settle any arguments that may arise from the realization of the sales contract in an amicable way. With the placing of an order the customer accepts these general terms and conditions. Japanproxy Aki Müller reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time.
